they're not infected...that happened to me last year at the mud run..just put neosporin on your knees and try not to pick at them too badly. they really need to make it so that the mud isnt so gritty...it hurts.

thanks for the advice!! they are starting to go away...sorry i haven't been at choir but i've just been so busy! i'll be back next week though
