I cracked my phone's screen this past summer, and went through hell to try to get a new one. Because I was still on the AT&T side, Cingular wouldn't let me get a new phone unless I signed a new contract with them. I ended up taking it to a local store to have my existing phone repaired. Freaking rediculous. I hate Cingular, and I am definately switching when my contract runs out.
