RIP Kim Manners

Well hell. I just woke up to the unexpected and shockingly sad news that Kim Manners, one of the best directors of Supernatural, has died of lung cancer. Kim directed up to 17 episodes of Supernatural including most of my favourites: In My Time of Dying, All Hell Breaks Loose 2, Heart, Mystery Spot, No Exit. No Rest for the Wicked, Lazarus Rising
