Last night I acquired my very first officially broken bone: a very tiny fracture to the ulna right near the wrist. The ER put a STUPIDLY HUGE splint on my arm, gave me some codeine (after I refused percocet) and told me the bone guys would call me in a week. So ... my list of Things To Do in my month off is looking rather more ... complicated, all ( Read more... )

Eep! What happened??

Doesn't it suck how much it completely ruins your plans out of nowhere? All three times I dislocated my shoulder, it was like, "FUCK. THERE GO THE NEXT SIX WEEKS."

Ah shite. Have hugs, tea and sympathy. I hope it doesn't get in the way of Big and Important things. Like partying in the election results on Tuesday night, for example.
