I'm planning on hanging around the Stranger's Election party at the showbox and getting as drunk as possible...

Watching the returns, probably being sent against my will to do exit polling, then going to the party of one of my two candidates to watch returns once polls close here. After it's over, heading out with coworkers to drink to the election being over (and, God willing, Prop 8 failing and Prop 1A passing).

teaching ungracious, fractious and irritating schoolchildren while checking the returns every five minutes even though it's meaningless, then speeding home to vote, then convincing Dan that it's a good idea to go to a bar to drink on a school night so I can watch the results on tee vee.

I'm voting absentee. Since I'm in an area with a lot of like-minded people, I don't think that trying to convince others of the same is going to help. I'll probably watch a movie until the polls close and then check the news.
