I just watched the first episode of Skins season 5. And oh wow, I liked it! I really, really liked it! In fact, I think it’s my favorite season starter after S2’s ‘Maxxie and Tony’.

I fucking LOVED Franky.

I actually really identified with her in the first episode.

I can't wait to see more!

Only the first episode and I wanted to HUG her so baaaad.

I love looking forward to episodes again. :D Hope this season is a step up from the fourth one!

That would be really great, if only because of how mind-blowingly awesome Franky is.

-the new version of the theme song is awful. I didn’t like the speeded up version in S4 and I like it even less now. I miss the dundundun that comes with the character-of-the-week title card.

My sister heard it playing from the other room, comes out and goes, "What are you listening to? It sounds like a nightmare."

Me: LOLOLOLOLOL!

Frankie is awesome and weird and such a woobie, but yes, I agree about the dolls. A bit much? I feel like they might go overboard with her weirdness factor? Slow it down, kids.

And speaking of kooky Skins teachers…“Charlotte fucking Bronte!” XD Also, “Fuck is good. Fuck is poetic expression for the unsayable soul.”. Once those words were out of his mouth, I knew I’d come back to Skins

One of my friends wrote on my facebook wall, "Are you watching the new series of Skins? You have to watch it if only for the English teacher."
