OMG I absolutly ADORED THIS (just randomly followed a link from someone's tumblr) and holycrap! BEAUTIFULLY written, WONDERFUL story and I just loooove the way you characterized Billy. as far as I'm concerned, THIS is canon, lol.

I just read through this again, it's wonderful! I especially like that when Billy feels something strongly it's referred to as lighting :D.
