Okay, go ahead and make fun of me, but I wasted my time spent my time very wisely pulling together a crappy mixed tape for Teenage Wasteland! Woo! Declaration of Incompetence is proving to be a lot easier than Lonely Ghosts, which is swarming with only-vaguely-appropriate songs. I tend to attach songs to stories with very little provocation, though

What great music choices! I'm always wondering what songs people put on a queue when writing their fics, and it's interesting to see what song inspired what scene and whatnot. Most of all I'm excited to see that you put Rufus Wainwright's cover of Hallelujah instead of the original Leonard Cohen piece.

Honestly, just seeing these songs give me a lot of feelings and I know what I will be listening to on repeat for the next little while. Do you have a mix tape for Space Oddity yet?
