Hey there! I have google alerts set up for stuff you wrote here and...anyways, long story short, I clicked this entry and I just wanted to steal this pie chart. :)
Speaking of people who aren't having sex, Claire also has to suffer the social embarrassment of finding out that her dad is regularly forcing an attractive woman to engage in tedious Carnival-related research. And even when Bennet takes Lauren for a romantic mini-break in the countryside, it's the kind that involves sniper rifles and binoculars rather than rolling in the hay. Personally, I think that Bennet's mind has got sex and violence irreparably confused and he now believes that sex is the one you need a bulletproof vest for.
I LOL'd. This is absolutely heroes_meta worthy. ;)
In the middle of Samuel's soul-searching speech in the tent, one of my friends suddenly said, with an air of discovery, "You know, that guy TALKS a lot."
Her twin almost topped her at another point in the episode, tho, when she suddenly declared that Claire needed to grow up and learn to understand her dad, that it had been several seasons already people, and that turning Claire into a lesbian did NOT count as character growth.
When Matt was sealing Sylar into his wall, I half expected a black cat to suddenly race up and perch on Sylar's head...
Another thing Matt hasn't thought thru is if Sylar ever gets out (which, judging from the way things went last time, was EXTREMELY likely), he's going to be supremely PISSED about it all. And a pissed Sylar does not equal a good time. Well, it does for Sylar, but not for everybody else.
Speaking of the Matt situation, I've been wondering for weeks: what the heck is up with Janet's new accent?!
Janice's accent may be something to do with the fact that the actress who plays her is Australian, so her Americanness tends to wobble a bit. I find it's particularly noticeable if she's supposed to be playing angry or excited; her vowels go rather Aussie.
As always, highly amusing. Loved the pie chart, and little bits such as "Gray matter". ;)
I was incredibly annoyed at the Matt-Sylar-Peter cop-out. Honestly, this show spends half of its time going "We're going to do something unspeakably horrid now. Haha, fooled you!" It's getting absolutely tedious, not to mention that we can never take anything they do seriously.
Oh well, I'll stay tuned to watch Lydia return from the dead, Peter calling-a-truce-except-not-really with Sylar, Claire saving Noah and slapping herself for having believed in Samuel, except then Noah will do something morally grey again, etc etc.

I imagine Lydia is pretty likely to stay dead, but the rest of your final sentence is probably spot on...
