On the fourth day of Torchweek

Trivia fact of the day:
I have just found out about the existence of the Cave of the Crystals in Naica, Mexico. What a flabbergasting place! I can't get over the fact that those pictures are really real, and not just tiny pictures of explorers photoshopped onto a big picture of a crystal paperweight for a laugh. If I saw it on Star Trek, I'd think ( Read more... )

They look like a mashup bag of poultry giblets. Large giblets I'll grant you, but I swear I've made stock with stuff that looked like that.

Gah!

It's like a duck and a hydra had a really ugly baby.

Which was then barbequed.

Let the record show: he died with his tie straight.

Glad I'm not the only one who noticed that. *G*

And then, when Ianto tells Jack that he loves him, Jack says "Don't". Now there's a piece of advice for anyone that was thinking of falling in love with Jack: don't. He'll only fuck it up.

HA!

It doesn't air on BBCA until next week, but I can't wait. I'm so sad about Ianto, though. :-(

I don't mind spoilers, or I wouldn't have read your posts. I'm weird like that - I like knowing what will happen, but until I see it I don't know *how* it happens.

I'm like that with books, too.

Evil Classist Cabinet Lady was Greer Thornton in State of Play, which was a bit incongruous.

And I noticed the tie thing, too, when Gwen put her hand there. It was...very Ianto. Damn this show; now I'm wondering where they'll go from here. (If they keep going, poor Lois is going to catch so much crap.)

E.C.C. Lady looked very familiar and I couldn't place her (I've not seen State of Play), but I now realize she was in Cranford, where she was a lot frillier and fluffier.
