Never had brandy butter??? This must be remedied TOMORROW! :-) Don't buy it though, bought stuff is not good. All you need to do is whip up a little butter icing with a dash of vanilla and then whip in as much brandy as you can possibly manage before it all curdles and separates. (Curdled brandy butter still tastes nice, just doesn't look pretty). Merry Christmas!
