I heartily support your plain chocolate love (alas, for the Best HobNob) and the Fox's Crunch Cream is a prince among biscuits. And the Duchy Originals bit although we are not allowed to admit it ever. But Boasters are a bit crap due to being a bit oily instead of buttery. Same with Co-Op's version of the 'finest' choc chip ones: anything that leaves that sensation of crumbly air in one's mouth is ultimately a bit unsatisfying. But yes, there is no shame at all in having extensive biscuit-related opinions and expressing them at any suitable instance. It shows you have your finger on the pulse of the issues that matter...

Hob Nobs are good, too. I'd settle for a Hob Nob if no ginger crisps were forthcoming.
There's a lemony peek frean that I never see around here, but I know they exist. They're yummy.
Have you had Tim Tams? They're more like candy than cookie. Even I can only eat one or two at a time, which is saying something.

Tim Tams come in various versions - the ordinary milk chocolate originals, wonderful dark chocolate, ones with caramel filling, one with chocolate fudge filling, double-dipped ones ... *sigh*

I liked Penguins as a child but find them hard to get excited about nowadays, which probably explains why the prospect of Tim Tams doesn't really do it for me...
