After much trolling through various websites, I got super excited because it looked like there was a gaming store literally right down the road. So, today, I figgured, what the hell, I'll drive down to it. I gotta start getting familiar with this town anyway.

So, I drove up and down and up and down this road it's on. Nothing. That's not uncommon for me, so I figure maybe I have my head up my ass and I'm just missing something. Went home, looked at the directions again, gave it a second shot. Nothing. Went home again, frustrated as all get out. Figure I'll give them a call to see if they can tell me what land marks they're near by. Phone's disconnected and their web site is down. Probably out of business. Just my luck.

Oh, just checked out that site. That's a freaking hoot. I was actually closer to a gaming store when I was in Fernandina Beach and it was an hour away.

I've been lucky with gaming stores, had some pretty good ones in my area, but one of the best closed after a bad fire.

Ask around for a gaming store and either you get a blank look, or people think you're talking about video game store- which is good for video games. Or something to do with sports.
