you know, i learned in my bio-psych class that the BEST thing to do is to go to sleep when it gets dark, wake up around 1 or 2 am to do some work, because that's when your mind is most active, and then fall asleep again for a few hours, and wake up when the sun rises. our body comes equipped with some sort of built in clock, apparently, and with the invention of lights and such, it got all screwed up!

Henry Ford Hospital Sleep Disorders Center is right next to my city. They always put ads in the local paper looking for people to do sleep studies.
