I've always wondered what wisdom my great grandmother might have known like that. What sayings she lived by and how she saw the world in her time. I wonder if she ever felt like that. Although I don't really think it's the point of that quote, it brings up an interesting point of where the tears come from...tears from feeling/seeing/etc. the pain or tears of happiness/joy/etc. Both can equally blind a person physically, emotionally and spiritually. Like I said, I don't think it's really the point of that quote, but it's interesting to think about.

Crap. I should've written down the explanation of it too... I have it in my notes SOMEWHERE lol. I have forgotten now too.

My great grandmother was named after her drunk father's favorite racehorse.
