it's korea lovefest at work. spent a whole day dealing with one issue that took me from meeting to discussion to external meeting and then back to the office to do a quick update to the bosses. that was my wednesday for you, which left me with a throbbing headache. what i did realise, after having to front that meeting on a relatively sensitive

all the best for the year end half marathon! I'm starting to do my brisk walks but er.. excuses get in my way now and then. sigh. and stepping up when the bosses aren't around - I really have a phobia of speaking to people ranked higher than me, gotta work around that too!

nothing like a target to spur one to greater heights. :)
i think confidence comes with practice, so the more one fears it, the more one has to gan2gan3lai2 ... within reasonable limits of course though!
