Notes: I began writing this almost exactly 3 years ago, found it a month ago and heavily edited it. I know there's already a fic here which is similar in some ways ( On the Subject of Marriage) but nevermind. :S

Aww, that was cute! I'm glad that they do get along very well in the end and Fuji doesn't only think of past relationships, but his relationship with Tezuka too <3

I think it's only natural to sometimes think about past relationships because you learn things from them that you use in the future, but in the end, the person you're currently seeing is always the most important. Or should be. XD

xD I love your last line and how Fuji totally rubbed off on Tezuka. I also love the realism of Fuji not quite being over his past because Fuji would definitely be one to never get over exes. This was really good, thank you for sharing!

People rub off on everyone else so easily. XD Sometimes you don't even notice you're saying or doing something that your SO or your friend would say, until you think 'hm, I don't normally do that, X does.' Or it's like that for me anyway. 8]

This was wonderful! And one of the best Tezuka/Fuji fics I've read in a while. You managed to get some deep meaning in a very short fic with a bonus bit of humor at the end. Well done! Thanks so much for posting!

I think humour is necessary in fics like these. XD I don't want to leave people feeling depressed and sometimes I think the most humour can be found in the weirdest and most serious conversations. Probably because it's needed. ^__^;

You did an interesting take on the possibility that Fuji could actually love someone else that deeply besides Tezuka and hurt so much from the failure of that relationship; I must say I was quite surprised when I read about how Fuji acted since I only associated such actions to be related to Tezuka haha! It does add depth and complexity to the story though and makes things less fairytale-ish since we all know that in real life, it's quite unlikely to not lose a bit of yourself with each tried and failed relationship you involve yourself in ^^;

A short and well-written piece to sum it up and I truly enjoyed reading it. Can I hope that you will show up with more of such offerings in the future?:)

I didn't set out to write this Tezuka/Fuji with the idea in my head that they've only been with each other their whole lives, which I don't think is something very common with TezuFuji fics :S I guess you expressed it more succinctly than I can but I had fun with it since it does make the story more RL-like. :]

I can't promise I'll write more fic anytime soon~ :S I'm really not a regular writer at this point in time, but hopefully!
