The washing machine repair guy came today. Computer on machine is A-Ok. However, there was another part, where a nut had come loose and allowed the piece to sink/sag/some how become dislocated from it's ideal position. This produced the god-awful grinding sound we've been hearing since day one with this machine. In other words, it came to us broken

Oh dear! Sorry about the annoying sloppy data entry person. That must be frustrating. That's the sort of explaining (in simpler terms) that I have to do a LOT of to our less savvy patrons, all the time, and I feel your pain, it can be really annoying. Happy for you that the meeting's cancelled! And, er, gosh, no idea what's up with TiVo. Major fail! Bummer! I had a weird thing for a couple of weeks where my U-Verse DVR was showing that I was planning to record NCIS, when really I was going to record Golden Boy. Same network, wrong show. But I let it tape what it thought it wanted to tape and it ended up that it was just the wrong title and description. Love those mixed up byte packets when they happen... I guess that's what it was... But at least I got my show! So sorry for you. (And Castle was excellent, a great Ryan-centric ep, definitely go watch it online or iTunes it!!)
