Sam's infected, with a variant of a virus he was supposed to be immune to, and he tells no one? Woah, that's a marker right there for subtlety in the urge to infect. At least one of them is going to be exposed before they blast Foamy Sammy off his toes. Figured something might be afoot after the supermarket sweeps. An infected-brain facial does no one any favors...sorry, Dean. You wasted a perfectly-good soul.

So he calmly goes to sleep after writing the truth for posterity, assuming there'll anyone left who can still read by the time he's finished with that bracing morning slaughter...

Good job and better job with that tasty final twist. :-D
