This version of Lucas is tricky to write from an outside perspective. But then multiply that by 100 and maybe it'll be close to the level of difficult writing Lucas from Lucas' POV turned out to be. He's worse than Bruce, and I think that's saying something cos Bruce Wayne is. . . jacked up.

I love that we got into what would normally be a minor character's mind. I say normally because these Luthor's stories couldn't be told without a Lucky in the mix. You know hos attached I got to himm. Lucas is just interesting in my mind. He was interesting in SV, I was interested in him as an evil abusing whackjob in my fics and I love him as Lucky, who is insane but so totally endearing and trying so hard. I know what a pleasure it is to write a character that you've fallen in love with, and what fun it is to get in their mind. It's like, knowing who they are and then trying to unfold it all so that other folks can know them too.
