*GRABS YOU BY THE SHOULDERS AND SHAKES YOU*

I LOVE THAT LIKE BREATHING!!!!!

OMG, that was just amazing! I FELT like Dean trying to figure it out, trying to see what was happening and wondering if he was seeing things or just *wanting* to see things. Wow, just--incredible, you!!

Really? Aw, man, that's awesomesauce! I'm so glad you enjoyed this, hon! And you totally got what I going for: that doubt and need I always got from Dean's interactions with Cas. Do angels really not feel? And if they were God's first creations, in His image, what then does that emotionless apathy really mean?

But then, it's canon that Cas isn't like other angels. *wink*

*snuggles down on couch and offers you some b-day cake*

That's a scary thought.

Castiel does seem 'not like the other angels'. We've seen other angels fall but so far it's been for more selfish reasons--Castiel fell because he's compassionate--or it seems that way. I bet he's acting a lot like Jimmy would have. Maybe he's possessed by Jimmy? *g*

There's cake? Why cake!?

Cos it's my birthday on Monday and I have the feeling you'd appreciate a good piece of German chocolate b-day cake. Am I right? :)

oh so glad you've written more. i would squee if i were any less butch.
so you flipped it around this time- a human trying to grasp an angel's consciousness (well, the fraction of the angelic hive-mind chorus that castiel channels). and flawlessly, might i add. seriously dude- you're like one of those minimalist designers who can make the perfect chair with just wood and aluminum (google Eames+dining+chair). or like one of those martial arts guys- all lean muscle, no fat, no bulk, just lethal fighting power.
you have again rocked my socks.

LOL It's all right, hon. I'll just assume you're squeeing on the inside!

Précisément! It was a more difficult piece to write in some respects, easier in others.

Dude, those are the coolest comparisons I've ever received! *You* just rocked *my* socks with your comment, so there!

Thanks, hon, for reading! I'll forward to seeing you again. . . because there is more to come! Mwhahahaha! *twirls Evol mustache Evolly*

Poetic and beautiful and . . . just stunning. I love the way you get inside of Dean's head. (And Castiel's, too, from "Heart of the Matter") Beautiful writing! Please say that you'll write more in this 'verse!

This kinda blew me off course. I don't really know how to respond to it. I feel kinda stupid in not getting entirely what your fic is trying to say, but I get the overall picture. I'm feeling kinda confused, like Dean I guess. Plus it's hard to feel about something as connected as the angels seem to each other, it must be overwhelming to a human. I love how Dean is very affected by this touch of angel and it narrows his view while others see what Castiel is trying to hide.

Well, is it weird that how you feel was kinda what I was going for? I'm sorry if that sense of confusion turned you off. . .

Castiel always struck me as having a very unique attitude towards/relationship with Dean vs. his dealings with everyone else. This is my attempt to illustrate the beginning of Dean's reciprocation in that regard.

Thanks for reading, hon, and I appreciate the feedback!
