I had a bad evening after the train home.  I sat crossed legged at the train station (due to no benches besides on the platforms and the station being closed) and had big time pain develop after I stood up.  After I got home, I called a nurse and she said go to the hospital.  Doctor looked at it and said it is Tendonitis most likely.  If it isn't

I can walk to the bathroom and back on the basement floor. Hopefully, I can Walk upstairs later today for dinner without the Cain.

Ouch. Also suggest putting some Icy Hot on your leg it will help with the pain and relax the tendons.
