In lieu of having a job and being a productive member of society, I've been doing a lot of cooking. Since those of you who've been keeping up with my Facebook/Twitter updates have expressed interest in my posted foods, I thought I'd compile a list of recently made recipes. Ooh...I made zucchini bread for the first time this summer - so delicious! I think I used the recipe from "Cooking with PETA," of course. That was all this summer when I had time to go the the farmer's market on Sundays (sigh...)

Btw, the spinach and lentil curry recipe I posted is actually vegan. I ruined it by adding chicken, of course, but the recipe, and the blog it's on, is completely vegan. And that curry is good stuff!
The falafel is vegan too, obviously.

I made the Santa Fe Chili w/veggie sausage crumbles tonight (in a crockpot) and OMG -- so good! Thanks for pointing that one out. I think I'm gonna try the spinach/shrimp bake next!
