ps. what will become of Gypsy Chef? Will you continue to post about cooking good food out of your truck, while on the road? Because that would be awesome.
pps. your GC posts have strongly influenced my meals the past week. definitely on a lentil kick, and still craving eggplant parm. might make that one this weekend.
I was thinking about the fate of Gypsy Chef in all this the other day... And I'm not sure about how much truck cooking I'll be able to do, but I do know that my short returns home will have to involve a lot of delicious and elaborate food, which will certainly be blogged about.
I really like that blog, and I don't want to just abandon it. Another option I was thinking about was photographing and blogging about various strange food I encounter on the road. (Which would keep with the Gypsy part, although not the Chef part.)

You can totally do a Gypsy Trucker's food blog that highlights strange eats along with your creations when you're at home. It would be an amazing combination.
