Hope things go well with you! I think the storm is pretty weak at this point. (As for here: Uh, it rained some, last night, not very hard. Now it is no longer raining. That's it. Woo.)

It's still raining, and the window has picked up, but there have been flooding reports, downed trees, and people losing power across the state, mostly in the lower sections. Maybe this will pass over me a tad more easier than I had thought. Certainly the idiots outside think so.

And now my muse has completely said "no" to 1,000 words and decided on something else. *sigh*

Do you even get snow over there? lol. All I remember from being on your islands (including Ireland, but real Ireland :P) is having it be either sunny, cloudy, raining, or dark and rainy. Never seen snow though.
