ooooooooooooh, that was really really lovely. i do agree ... it really is better to love. no matter what, those moments are always worth it, as love is the most beautiful force on any planet in any galaxy.

and was that a Perfect Circle ref in there? :)

gorgeous, my friend. *hugs Doctor and you*

I agree too but it's a horrible struggle sometimes that you have to keep reminding yourself of the better things about love and not the pain that almost always accompanies it, in some form or another.

OMG, I totally forgot about the APC reference. A fan, are you? :) I've been listening to that song for a while now and every time I listen to it I think of Nine counting all of the bodies he's destroyed, all the lives lost from time and space forever because of the Last Great Time War, to an incredibly amazing beat, and it sort of slipped in here. The song is so...Nine. It's definitely going on my DW playlist (once I make it).

Thank you, hun. *hugs back*

"Was it ever Worth it??" Of course it is worth it love is worth ever bit of trouble that comes with it.

I like this it was written wonderfully I love how you protrayed the Dalaks (the inevitable returned) they always seem to return and cause the Doctor heartache

Well, of course it's worth it; that's the moral of the story in the end. The Doctor goes through all the trouble of falling in love and then, even when he's at his worst, he still knows it was worth everything.

Thank you. :) Yeah, the Daleks always return ('tis a staple, rather like rice), even if they change their outfit (how did they get the paint job done on their new exteriors? Did they suddenly growth paint brushes?).

Maybe the drew in the cosmic dust that surrounded them added a bit of Dalak spit and volia space paint. I really need to start writing some more my mind seems to be in creative mode

I MISS THE DOCTOR&ROSE!

See? This is what you do - you make me go all girly-mushy-weird. Seriously though, beautiful introspective piece. I know he knew it was love, and to have it hidden behind this wall...takes its toll. No one made him smile like she did. I put Rose on a pedestal for a reason lol Beautiful ♥

I miss them too. It just isn't the same without 'em. *hugs*

I'm sorry! Well, I think I'm sorry, but I know you like it when you get all girly-mushy-weird (whatever that looks like).

And thanks. :) I wasn't sure what I was going for, other than...actually, I have no bloody clue what I was doing. Just happened this way. At least it came out alright.

Yeah, she sure did make him smile, no matter what the occasion.

I think this summed up the Doctor and Rose incredibly well. Beautiful and heartbreaking with every word.

Thank you. :) It was something quick I wrote one Sunday that did fit the Doctor and Rose dynamic into a nutshell rather well (although how the Doctor fit his ego in there is another thing entirely).

Glad you enjoyed it and found it worthwhile.
