But thanks. That silly git gave me a tough prompt after I gave her one she hated and figuring out exactly how far to do this was the big question.
And nothing necessarily has to happen once they both return to their significant others. I rather viewed it as a "WTF?" moment and both would sort of shrug it off. I also realized that the age difference between the characters was about the same between me and one of my co-workers (ah!) so I had to think of it as a one-off sort of thing. At least for my own sanity.

I'm somewhat inclined to agree with you regarding the age gaps but when I thought of my co-workers things just got a bit squeamish in my head (although I have paired people up with just as much as an age gap before and it never bothered me). However, I think anything over twenty years might be an issue. So many things can happen to you in twenty years (hell, I'm a much different person now than when I was 21, and that's only three years!) that, although it might work for a while, might not last. Idk, depends on the people, I suppose.
I'll think on it. You've got the cogs running in my brain, working, thinking, plotting, so who knows what could happen?

Firstly: I loved this, the whole feel of it. It was definitely a WTF? moment; and I agree about the age gap being a bit yucky (though men never have that mental problem when they seek out a younger person).
Secondly: you didn't make me hate Amy, so yay! for that.
Thirdly: I loved it being Donna's POV - I am such a sucker for Donna, as you know.
Fourthly: you kept your promise. I like people who keep promises, as it's rare.
Fifthly: it was written for ME so how can I not like it? Come on!!!

Re Firstly: I'm happy you liked it, especially given I took the non-verbal argument route. And yes, big WTF moment on both of their parts. (Are we having another "damn blokes" conversation? Those are fun. :D)
Re Secondly: I didn't make you hate Amy? ...Has the Earth stopped spinning?
Re Thirdly: Glad I changed my POV for this fic as it originally was the other way around (I couldn't see Donna wearing lip gloss but Amy, yup, definitely). Phew!
Re Fourthly: I always keep my promises or at least give it my all even if I can't.
Re Fifthly: It was written for you, my dear, and you asked for it! (I've said that enough now, haven't I?) It was such much fun I want to do it again...well, sometime in the future at least.
