I have several words that I use when I get the chance.

Penultimate
Moribund
Skullduggery
Ambivalent
and Lurk

No particular reasons, I just like lesser-used vocab words.

I used "unadulterated" at the bagel place today. As in, "i want x with y cream cheese, and A, B and C unadulterated to take home with me." The clerk looked taken aback for a moment, and then said "That's a great word to use to describe that." it was the bagel place at the university...
