My alter egos

Vul’s profile! I suppose this makes CTProfiles obsolete. It’s so shiny! And updated in almost real-time! But I feel less unique knowing that there are a bunch of other Vuls out there. Oh well.

And yeah, I’m level 66 now. Catching up with the rest of the officers, slowly but surely.

(And then there’s Ashandri, whom I’ve been neglecting lately. ( Read more... )

Mmmm, shiny.

When I try to click my characters, I get "error encountered." Woe. I will try again later.

I think it’s still really buggy. I tried looking up my other friends’ characters, and I got basically the same error you did. The site won’t even load in Firefox on my Mac, though it works in Safari and Firefox on my Windows PC. Guess that big BETA tag in the corner is there for a good reason! :-(

Blargh. I never see you on, and you're still three levels ahead of me! Must put this sick day to good use, then. :P

The best part is that I haven’t been playing as Ashandri for about a week and a half, maybe two. Mostly because I’ve been levelling Vul and attending to guild business. We’re about to have our first actual officers’ meeting-yes we are that hard-core now. Scary.

What days do you usually play? I could probably set aside at least one day a week so that you’re guaranteed at least one familiar face (other than the boy, of course).

Why engineering when you lack mining? I'm assuming one of your other characters/friends are giving you ore, right?

Yep, both.

I’m tempted to drop engineering though-it hasn’t proved terribly useful or profitable. I got it as high as I did making bullets for hunters, but there are now vendor bullets that are better than anything I can craft.

That raises the question, what profession would I pick up in its place? And do I really want to level a profession from zero? That takes a ton of time, and possibly a ton of gold.

On the other hand, I hear that Blizzard may be making changes to professions in the future, and engineering is supposedly the first one on the list for review. So we’ll see how that goes.

Tailoring has worked out great. I’m the guild bag maker (or bag bitch, depending on how you want to look at it).
