So glad that people have been so helpful and you've been able to get so much of this handled, or on its way to being handled! (And may your new purse lead a charmed and peaceful life. :-))

Hoping your trip goes wonderfully (and with as little stress as is gosh-darn possible :-)). (And I really, really, reallywish I had Paris or London or Rome travel thoughts to share! They're all places I'd adore visiting someday, too...)

At the time I wrote the post I was really despairing of being able to get things straightned out so much that I'd be able to leave today. It would be so much more cool if I had *my* camera and iPod, but that's just gravy.

Thank you so much for your concern.

I've talked to more people in Mass. than live in my hometown.

I've been there, that's not hard. *winks and giggles*

I'm glad everything is getting worked out. *rolls eyes at citibank, not surprised* And I'm glad you've run into more compassionate people than the other kind through all this.

*squeezes you*

No, it's not! And I assume you're familiar with the style of local law enforcement, too?? It's truly been an interesting situation.

*squeezes you* Thank you so much!! I needed that!

DF!

Your life is a production, I swear. Wish I were going with you. Wait -- teenagers. I'll wait for the next trip.

Love you.
