Okay, so I've been working on outfitting Spot with some new upgrades while we work on our project, and figured I'd share a few "the process" with you folks. Here are some of the newer screencaps we're analyzing from our last couple of trips out to the Moon. Galaxies and births of new stars and stuff

It's called The Speech, actually -- I know, I know it looks a little bit like Arabic.

By itself, going to the moon is kind of easy. :P Like walking out the door at this point.

Dair, those are amazing! And, if you've managed to upgrade Spot, does that mean you've gotten in sync with the Powers here, finally? That would be the best news of the New Year so far.

No....it was more of a manual upgrade. :P I had to actually take him apart and stuff. Sorry to get your hopes up.

Oh, well, an upgrade is an upgrade--oh, and I have to disgree with you about Lunar winters, some of my best on-planet memories were winters with my grandmother on Luna.

Pretty please? Well, it doesn't matter, I'll share anyway. I got a new neighbor, and he's kind of awesome. I'm going to ask him to help me build a ship. It won't be warp capable unless I can find a way to build the engine off planet (any suggestions?) but it's a start.

Anyway, awesome. My name's Dairine. I'm pretty much free after school on weekdays -- so like...after three. Or on weekends.

Dairine? That's pretty! :) Okay, uh, as soon as I get my schedule for sure from Ned, we'll set something up. Have you modeled before? It's totally okay if you haven't (in fact, I'd prefer it), I just kinda want an idea ahead of time of what I'm gonna be setting up for this one. It's been a long time since I've done a photoshoot with a live model, so...you'll have to bear with me.
