Thank you! That was excellent. I loved Jo's scheming to steal it back (and her Barbie Doll, hee!).

I also loved Jo's realization that she really is a hunter, that she wants to follow in Dad's footsteps.

(your story will be up today, I promise, it just might not be til much later, as I need to put a few finishing touches on it and I have to go to class in 5 minutes)

this was lovely! i adored jo (after a fashion, took a couple eps for me to get used to her) and i really like the way you approached this story, and her point of view. are you going to write more from jo? cause i'd so read it!

agreed - S5 was when the show finally showed her as all she could be. i wish we had gotten more of her. the last episode of supernatural utterly broke my heart. twice.

Oh man, I love this. I love your Jo! She's so kickass and awesome. I love little girl!Jo and her quest to get her barbie back. That's perfect Jo.

And Bela getting away with the ring is pretty awesome too, it shows how Jo is fallible, but I love Jo's decision at the that she didn't need the ring and to become a hunter. I LOVE IT.

Let Bela keep the ring; Jo had something so much better in store.

I love this line. :D

Oh, and Jo punching Bela? AWESOME.

I quite enjoyed Bela getting punched too. ;) I love Bela but Jo definitely earned the right to strike back at that point!
