This is brilliant. I love you. I love the lines, the title and the inside jokes and everything. Rimmsy is perfectly IC and the computer is fantasticaly brilliant! I would also squee very loudly right now, but I can't because my parents are asleep in the next room.

Not sure if you're into het/gen too but *insert shameless self-plug here* when I wrote my main Ace Chronicles series, I knew the computer would have to feature in a lot of it and I really disliked the fawny, lovey-dovey version. Therfore, I thought it would be FAR more fun to write her as a sarky but nurturing computer ^__^ I also write Rimmer as Ace with plenty of echoes of his old, snide, sarcastic self - otherwise it just wouldn't be him, would it? ;-)

Um yes - parts two and three are not too far off completion. When they're ready for consumption, they'll be uploaded ^__^
