I have taken on The Starbuggers for fanfic100. I really like VI; I think things came to a head in that series. All of the characters were stuck together in a small space and were very much getting to each other to an unprecedented extent, and especially between Rimmer and Lister, tension went sky-high. Ohhh, very nice--you really captured the tension between them well. I'm not a fan of VI as a whole (besides Gunmen), but there's a lot of great stuff in the Rimmer/Lister dynamic (and I especially love seeing just post-Legion Rimmer).

Thought you'd poke in and see her behind my back again?
Ah, theirs is a love triangle for the ages. :D

Yes, there's a useful aspect to the whole hard-light thing. ;) Indeed, I found something slashy in the idea of Rimmer and Lister both 'seeing' the same love doll.

I loved that Lister was concerned for Rimmer, even if he couldn't admit it to anyone. Great tension between them! Great characterization -- and you really got me in the vunerable bits at the end. Great job!

Fantastic Lister in this. I love the idea of you writing VI btw. :)
