I did a thing.

Out of boredom and/or desperation, I did something unwise. I...erm. Blame Tumblr. And boredom. And being too broke to buy the expansion pack of a game I was playing ( Read more... )

Supernatural didn't really hook me until the end of season two. The monster of the week episodes sort of peter out mid-season three or the beginning of season four, but since four is when you get Castiel it's okay in the end. ;) Season four is the absolute best, single episode wise though.

I'll keep plugging because it's not like the episodes are terrible. They're just mediocre, broken up by periods of dumb. I keep wondering if they've ever heard of fingerprints and why they never use gloves.

I tried SPN in season 1 and gave up because it just wasn't my thing - and I only started watching again with season 4. When it became very much my thing. *g*

So, basically, yes, definitely watch season 4!

I'll keep watching because it's not like the episodes are completely terrible...just there's a lot of dumb going on. I keep asking, 'why are you two so bad at this? why are you two so bad at everything?'

I stopped watching right around Season 3 after meeting Jensen Ackles. He was a complete mean-boy and it changed the way I viewed him. The show had some awesome moments. Funny, sweet moments. Intense brotherly affection and some nice plots. Yet, the douche that is Jensen made me abandon the show. I never made it to Castiel, although everyone seems to love him.

That sucks. This is why I follow celebrity news as little as possible. I really like having the ability to pretend they're not assholes irl.

I actually ran into him at a Steve Carlson live show. He made a rude comment to me after he accidentally bumped into me. I told him it was cool and I was a fan of his work. My friend asked if I could get a picture with him. It wasn't a big deal to me as I grew up in L.A. He said, "Jesus, it's like a photo op." He rolled his eyes, but went to do it anyway. I was done with his presence by that point. I didn't even want the picture..........

But I took it anyway.

And never watched the show again. LOL. I have the picture somewhere. I look awful in it though. Ill find it just for you.

Still a good show. Just can't stand him.
