I used to watch:

House

Bones

Law and Order: SVU

I haven't watched any Bones or L&O this season and only four or so episodes of House.

Question is, should I bother trying to catch up?

For Bones, is the Bones/Booth relationship less irritating in all its UST glory?

House?

Law and Order: Is it still so ott that you can hardly suspend

No, not really. But if you like Hodgins/Angela, they're going strong :)

And no idea about the other two as I haven't watched House since Chase and Cameron got married and I've never watched L&O.

I do like Hodgins/Angela. I just don't want to see 22 episodes of Booth and Brennan eyefucking if they're never going to go there.

well, Booth got a gf for a while so it was actually better, but idk now. Some of the cases/eps were definitely better than last season. If you have time it's worth a watch, but not if you have to set aside other things to watch it. >:

Re House, it depends on how you feel about House/Cuddy. That continues for quite a few episodes. Personally I've enjoyed this season far more than I did S6.

Couldn't tell you about the other ones.

I personally like House/Cuddy but think it's inevitably unsustainable because they're both so dysfunctional. lol.

well, I love Bones, so I would say yes, of course it's worth it, but maybe just skip what you missed and start from next week? As is the case with most shows, if Booth and Bones actually got together, there would be no show, but the squinterns go strong, Angela/Hodgens are adorable and Ang is extremely pregnant right now. Booth proposed to blonde chick, who said OMGNO, so now he's single again and somewhat cranky, but the Booth/Brennan of it all is once again awesome. Less eye fuckery and more BFF. They did push Bones back a little this season as far as her interpersonal skills and general understanding of humanity for no reason I can understand, but she's getting better. Also, Emily just announced she's preggers, so I can't wait to see if they work that into the show!!!
