I'm actually typing up an entry right now, sparked by something that happened about a month ago where I had to defriend someone because of the use of racial slurs.

Whenever someone does something 'bad' or 'wrong' people will zero in on any tiny little thing they can to label that person as 'DIFFERENT' because hey, just one more way to separate them a few more degrees from US. Because the clear lines between THEM (BAD PEOPLE OMG) and US (GOOD PEOPLE YAY) need to be there.

Otherwise we apparently lose our fucking minds.

I hate human beings, really.

Anyone who says slurs while angry or criticizing shows they have been bigoted all along.
