On one hand, there's this, and I quite agree. On the other, the misogyny displayed by *other* women astounds me. So what if I like pink, laces, reading, parfums, lacy blouses, playing with my cousins's kids and getting along with men? That doesn't mean I'm weak, stupid, inferior, or betraying feminism, ladies. Or something. =(

Nothing I said up there had anything to do with liking stuff like that. I'm all for it. Wearing pink as we speak. It's more to do with women deferring to men in a healthy way out of fear of being alone and unloved.

So if you've been reading SGA, Teyla and Elizabeth are both really strong, and seriously don't defer to men..
