There's no shame in being a Hufflepuff! Steven would be a Hufflepuff.

Good for you sorting your spouse into Hufflepuff and being okay with it. I, on the other hand, consider it a grievous insult!

I'm one of those people who overthinks these things and doesn't answer because I don't think any of the answers are exactly right (see: Westerns). Okay, Hogwarts is relatively easy--you would fit into either Ravenclaw or Slytherin, with Ravenclaw probably being the better choice (I was actually shocked anyone put you into either of the other houses--but hey, some people know you better than I do and maybe there;s good reason for that Hufflepuff grouping!). But the Westeros grouping is harder--Baratheon is the obvious one that comes to mind due to Stannis, but he seems to have been highly atypical and you are nothing at all like either of his brothers. You have some characteristics that work for everything, but don't fit neatly into most (not that im sure what a typical Tully is like, anyway). I'm leaning toward Stark , Tyrell or Martell.

The Hufflepuff thing is my sister trolling me.

Tyrell is actually the last House I think I'd belong in. They're all so "perfect" - my inner Stannis is too strong to even go along with their public relations image-creation. I could see Stark or Martell though.

You, by the way, are 100% Gryffindor and 100% Martell. :D

Muchas gracias. Those are where I would happily put myself (tho I think I would be fine as a Ravenclaw & could learn to live with Stark & Hufflepuff). The night after I first read the first HP book, I actually had a dream where I was back in school xcept at Hogwarts & I was being sorted. My dream-kid self had a total anxiety attack and was thinking "please please please let me get Gryffindor or else Ravenclaw; please don't let me get Slytherin or Hufflepuff". In retrospect, Hufflepuffs, who seem to have no defining characteristics, are perfectly fine; it's just jkr originally wrote them to be the loser house, where people who weren't brave or bold enough to be Gryffindor & weren't smart enough to be Ravenclaw got sorted, tho at least she figured out that was a problem and gave them depth in future books.& yah, I figured that was her trolling you. =)

& got your Christmas card, btw. Love it. We both thank you muchly!

When did honest opinions become trolling?

This was hard. I think you like dark men. So I chose Slytherin. And I think you in a fantasy world would be neat as a Lannister. Just because.

Well, I do want to be Mrs. Tywin Lannister. :D

And, incidentally, years ago when I applied to the sorting community, they sorted me into House Lannister. :D
