Yes, of course, Cersei must have had at least one abortion. It's sad that Jaime is the only person who she can talk to about it.

I hope that serving girl fled the castle before dawn.

The wizen old woman Jaime brought to her chambers reminded her of something unpleasant

Maggy the Frog?

Cersei actually did tell Ned during their Red Keep godswood scene that she got pregnant by Robert once and Jaime "found a woman to cleanse my womb."

Yep, that was a reference to Maggy the Frog/Maegi/Granny Spicer. I wasn't sure whether Cersei always kept it in mind or whether she only remembered the prophecy when Joffrey died and the beginning of her end started.

Indeed. I barely refrained from titling it "The Marriage Made In Hell". :P

I especially love the parts about Rhaegar, Joff, and how Cersei dealt with the coinage issue.

And this: “I want to fuck, woman.” So Robert, so macho.

And this: “Shave,” was all she said to him afterwards. “You’ve irritated my skin.” So Cersei, so cold.

And the ending delivered, I think Cersei would do anything for Robert to know the pain she blames him for, to rub it in his face and shame him -- but knowing Robert he'd keep on being Robert. Thank you so much for this peek into dysfunction junction.

IRRC, every time Robert addresses Cersei directly in AGoT, he calls her "woman." Which is awful, but also kinda funny.
