Okay, so I need some advice. I want to get a present for my roommate, and he
s not the easiest buy in the world to buy for. Doesn't really like too much other than practicing with his sword and eating soba. Not really a clotheshorse, so that's out.

Anyone got any ideas?

That might be one idea. Though he's not the restaurant type, unless I find one that serves soba. That's just about the only kind of food he likes.

Depends on what it is. If he thinks it's too flashy, or too girly . . . he may come after me with the sword. Not like he hasn't done that before.

Uh, does he like music? He might go for a cd or something. I don't know what kind of music he'd like, though.

I don't remember ever hearin' him listen to music. I do know he doesn't like metal - when I was listenin' to that, I got told to "turn that crap off."

I've seen him with headphones plugged into his computer sometimes, though. I'll have to sneak a look at it and see what kind of music he's got on there.
