Strange thing is, I can see Arthur's brothers doing that. All in good fun and playing a joke on their little brother but it still being really mean when you hear it from an outside POV.
She is.
Arthur and Peter didn't understand when they still lived in a house and went to school, but they caught up very quickly after they moved.
