I seen one of these dreadful collars turn a happy, bouncy, half-grown puppy into a quivering ball of fear and misery. Puppies run around, bark, and jump up on people. It's natural and normal. This sort of thing is just a nasty combination of self-centered callousness and laziness. People want dogs, but aren't willing to take the time to train them, and relate to them, properly. They want a bloody push-button remote control for a living thing with something like a soul.
