Hiking again

It had been two and a half weeks since I last went hiking (and even longer since a significant blog post...I know), but I was just itching to get out again. I headed out early this morning--on my own since my wife is getting just a bit too pregnant to do much more hiking. SO, I headed north, past Espanola, with the intention to go hike Navajo

Great photos! I kayaked the Chama a long time ago, a 3-day trip which went by the monastery. Easy kayaking or rafting & highly recommended for the scenery.
