Yes yes yes. Especially marijuana. I can sort of understand some of the harder drugs being illegal, but I have never understood why marijuana is. Regulating it and taxing it would help both the government and people. Plus it would keep a lot of people out of jail who really shouldn't be there and let the police focus on people actually committing real crimes.
