I made some really nice dinner rolls this weekend. As you've heard me mention, I really like the "Artisan Bread in Five Minutes A Day" recipes. I love how easy the recipes are (ie--mix, let rise, put in fridge & within a week to 2 weeks pull out the dough, shape & let rise a bit then bake.
