3) i slept wrong i think two days ago and now there are spots by my shoulderblades that HURT when i turn my head. i've tried stretching and applying pressure, but nothing is helping. ugh

Ditto on the slept wrong bit... Could barely turn my head on Saturday, felt mostly better yesterday, worse today... Either I slept wrong, or I've developed an interesting allergy to my store...

I've never used them, tho ppl i know who like them want them b/c 1) stylish or 2) use of fingers while still keeping mostly warm.
