I NEVER THOUGHT I'D LIKE A "FERNANDO PLAYS FOR REAL MADRID" STORY. but somehow i am liking this. A LOT.

i am so intrigued by the thought of nando playing in white, on the same team as sergio. you should continue this! or at least write a snippet of nando interacting with his teammates on real madrid. somehow i see nando being really good friends with kaka. i don't even know why.

also, i feel like you unconsciously have something against nando having a good life. first you lock him up in sergio's gym, and now he has a traumatic brain injury? XD

but yes, please continue this. i'm so hooked.

A bit of light after both the Chelsea and Real Madrid loses. Something is wrong with the football world. I am glad you liked it, I wasn't sure if it was a bit too, lovey dovey cheesey. I may write more, but if I did, It'd be as and when, and not structured posting like SS.

I was thinking something similar about poor Fernando. It's odd considering how much I love him. Maybe it's a sunconscious, if he's in a bad way, I get to take care of him. Or I resent him for being married with kids and taken. A girl can't dream with a married man!

Thanks for commenting!

it wasn't too lovey dovey or anything. after SS, it was actually really refreshing to see a supportive sergio. i wonder how exactly fernando ended up signing for RM though. sergio must've done a hell lot to convince him!

the chelsea game was horrific to watch. i dont know what the hell they were doing on that field. cech was the only person who had a good game, the defending was scattered and the front 4 looked so out of energy. i do think nando needs a break, perhaps after the united game since sturridge isn't injured anymore. dortmund is actually my hometown team... and they did play brilliantly against real madrid, and the latter didn't play that badly. they had two costly defensive mistakes and their offence got shut own very nicely, but they pushed hard. which is a lot more than you can say for chelsea. ah my feelings, so mixed. im glad at least one team i support won...

At least someone got some joy out of the results. :'( Everything I loved withered this week, it was a week of bad news all round and then the football happened, and Chelsea lost, Man U won(!), RM lost. I felt awful for Celtic! I agree, Chelsea looked weary, I dunno what they were all doing. I noticed a lot of Nando hate in the papers and blogs and stuff, it wasn't him, everyone was bad, except Cech. Best goalie in the EPL.

After the clouds, the sun! Channeling positive Fernando.

I'll consider explaining why Fernando is at RM when and if I ever take it up again, and if I can think of a reason. :') and it was nice writing a supportive Sergio. He's such a nice guy.

THE END! Like shangrilove, I never thought i'd enjoy a 'torres at real' fic, but you did it. Congrats! haah (i'm going with that the only reason nando is at rm is because sergio can help him with the momory thing though!!!! have to use my atleti!nando icon just because, too lol)
but on a serious note though, you're such a brilliant writer. this one was just a perfect mix between sweet, sad and funny.

I wasn't into football when Fernando played for Atleti, so it isn't as big a thing for me. I have been watching them play more this season, and I enjoying it. Falcao is amazing O.o. Do not want him at Chelsea though.

I am glad you like it, it was a nice change of pace I think. Thank you!

I've just read it again and it dawned on me that I forgot to say how much I love that evil twist at the end! So... yay for that! ;D

Oh no, making him play for RM is even worse than locking him up in a basement :D Jk, I loved this!

Poor Fernando losing his memory during a match :( Thank god he's got Sergio to support him.

And I understand why you give the poor guy a hard time in fics. Well, I don't really understand, but I do it too. Always. But I love him so much.

Anyway, excellent writing. I'm so hoping for a sequel even if I flinch thinking about Nando in white :D

Thank you for the comment, sorry it's taken a while to get back to you.

I feel so bad for the way I treat Fernando, I guess it says a lot about me where I think the lovely people need to have awful things happen to them!

Yes, this time thank god for Sergio :D
