ALL pubs in Edinburgh list : please help

I am trying to compile a list of all pubs in Edinburgh for a survey.
Could you look through this list and see if you know of any that are missing or entries on the list that are now closed or excluded for one of the following reasons.

I am not including:
- venues that you must pay to get in to.
- Hotel bars that are not primarily public bars with

Firstly be polite and use Lj cut please
Secondly when asking people to help you with a list where you are excluding restaurants, them exclude anything with that in the title before you post the list

However, I can say that Angels with bagpipes is restraunt and can get crossed off

the shore bar & restaurant is totally a pub. I've drunk in it.

Not sure I would count Olly Bongo's as a pub -- it's a cafe which perhaps has a licence.

Jenny Ha's is now Kilderkin, and Balfour Bar is now Woodland Creatures.

I might be inclined to put any leading "The" at the end of the pub title instead. I had a few typed up and then found them filed under T.

Mr Modo's has been replaced by The Hanging Bat.

Native State is long gone; it was the Innis & Gunn pub for a bit but I'm not at all sure what its current status is.

Holyrood Tavern is now called "Holyrood 9A".

Bongo Club is a pay-to-enter club and it's moved to Cowgate.

Also, the Traverse Theatre, Filmhouse and Cameo Cinema maintain public bars that you can use without seeing a show. They are closer to being pubs than something like La Tasca, which is a restaurant.
