A'yup. It was decided during the spring of my first year of law school, so four and a half years ago.

Well, it goes to show that we can't look forward more than a couple of years ahead of ourselves.

... The sad part is, decisions like this seem so DISTANT compared to the insanity we've got now. At the moment, I'm not convinced the government can see more than a few weeks ahead...
